SPA Etiquette

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time.

Please wear a bathrobe and slippers that will be provided upon arrival at the Spa. For hotel guests they will be available directly in the room.

Children are allowed in the Spa if accompanied by an adult.

We invite hotel guests to leave their personal items in the room and external guests in the safety deposit box at the reception.

Any booking canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the cost of the chosen treatment.

The use of mobile phones is not allowed in the Spa.

For guests with heart or health problems, with particular allergies and for pregnant women, please consult your doctor before booking the treatment.
